Well If your using an xp machine and you have virtualisation technology and enough spare gb's free you can use vmware to run other operating systems. you can also run vmware on macs to run other operating systems in the form of a program. So you can easily just switch between operating systems. You can also do boot camp to use other operating systems on a mac. But I haven't tried this so can't tell u much about it. _________________ You've just been |

You can also run VirtualBox, which is like VMWare, but is free. It works well, I use it myself. _________________ Warfare Incorporated Development Team |

If you're switching OS's, wouldn't you run the risk of ruining your computer? It seems like running an OS on a computer that it wasn't designed for could easily break your computer. _________________ Warfare Incorporated Former Head of Administration || Steam username: WINate |

There's allways a risk in everything. We just have to decide if the risk is worth the potential gain. If the new os somehow stuffed up your pc you could use the cd's that came with the pc to restore it to factory conditions _________________ You've just been |
