I don't think there is anything other than the help file (m.chm) that came with the editor and the FAQ at http://www.handmark.com/warfare/forum/viewtopic.php?t=652. With these two, in addition to the example missions that came with the editor, it shouldn't be very hard to figure out how the editor works, though.
