Just downloaded and installed the V1.1 upgrade.
Now - all attempts to load saved games display the message shown above in the subject. 
Is this an expected result of the upgrade? |

Well, when installing the update the game basicly overwrote everything... that sucks

Well, after using palm games for a while, you get used to the fact that updates usually overwrite saves...
Sad fact but we've got to learn it. Yes it was in invisible ink. I feel your pain.

v1.0 save games can't be loaded on v1.1, however you can jump to any mission directly this way:
Play Mission -> Play Story Mission
