You need to upload your maps in .pdb format for them to be playable in the game. You can do that by loading your map in m, clicking file, clicking export mission pack, naming it and then saving it.
This map, at its current state, cannot be exported as a .pdb. Can it be called a map when its only two neutral headquarters on black (no grassy/desert landscape)?
This map needs at least a grassy or desert tileset, atleast one human player (whats the point of a map thats all AIs?), and triggers.
