Gimp has been around for quite a while now and one of the best options for those wanting a photoshop-like tool but for free.

You need to read up on this website. The "G" in GIMP stands for "GNU" because it is licensed under the GNU General Public License. That license is used for open source programs, meaning that other developers can view the source code used to create the program in order to copy, distribute, and modify the program as seen fit. The GNU GPL is the most widely used open source license.

anyway since we have gone off topic... a post to bring us back on to topic...
im taking that as a 'no' were not changing as it seems like us Van javas are not online frequently enough..
