This is probably a question more for Scott but I'm asking it here to see if anyone else can tell me.
So I was playing Sealed with a Kiss (one of the multiplayer challenge maps) and neutral units spawned. They stayed together like they were in a unitgroup. So I grabbed the htdata832.pdb file and imported it into M.exe. Sure enough, neutral had unitgroups!
Where you set what side your unit group is, it's just blank. How was that done? I've wanted neutral unitgroups but didn't think it was possible (without an M.exe update). _________________ Warfare Incorporated Development |

Okay. Please let us know what you find Scott. Beyond my curiousity, I'm thinking that this may help open up the door to 4 player co-ops. If we had neutral unitgroups, we could spawn or build them with any health and agressiveness and we could have them do any of the actions (unitgroup actions). _________________ Warfare Incorporated Development |

If we could copy unit groups, we could open Sealed with a Kiss in M and copy the unit groups to have as many neutral unit groups as we need. Then we could edit the rest of the map however. But, we cant copy unit groups _________________ Warfare Incorporated Development |

I read somewhere (I could probably find it again if someone really wanted me to) that Spiffcode Inc. used the mission editor the mission authoring community uses to create the maps they made. If thats true, there must be some way we can make neutral unit groups. _________________ Warfare Incorporated Development |
