I have not tried to get an enemy to build yet.

My attack works like this. I make a Unit Group that constantly attacks. Then I move it around with Triggers.

Unit Group: InfantryAttacker
Units: 1xLiberator 1xEagle 2xSecurity Guard
Actions:
Attack nearest Security Guard, Rocket Trooper, Corporate Raider, Andy, Fox owned by Enemies for 2 seconds.
Wait 0 seconds
Repeat Forever: checked

Trigger: Enemy exists
Condition:
Area 'MiningArea' contains at least 1 Security Guard, Rocket Trooper, Corporate Raider, Andy, Fox owned by Enemies.
Actions:
Preserve Trigger
Move Side2 Any Mobile Unit from 'Base' to 'MiningArea'

Once they get there they revert to their attack pattern.

To build:
1. First, the computer player needs credits. You can set Initial Credits in the properties using Settings | Side. Or use Bullpups to mine for the computer. Place Bullpups on the map with a Mine action or use Unit Groups with Mine action and triggers to create.

2. Next, you need the HQ, HRC, or VTS that builds the unit and the necessary upgrade.

3 a. Usually buildings are placed on the map, not built. These need a trigger with a Repair action set On for this side.

3 b. Or you can use an Area. Then use a Unit Group to create that building in that area. Warfare Inc will build the building in the top left corner unless units or impassable terrain is in the squares it needs. Using a Unit Group and Area, you also get to use 'Recreate if Destroyed'.

4 a. For mobile units, make a Unit Group with Build selected. Make a trigger with "Create Unit Group 'Unit Group'" to build it. Unit Groups are nice because you can give them a set of Action orders.

4 b. Create Unit at Area can be used to make individual units. These will have the defaults of guard or mine action and Defender for Aggressiveness.

Another Attack technique is to set Aggressiveness to Pitbull.
When the unit is attacked or sees an enemy, it will attack and follow until it dies or it has no more enemies to attack.

The Hunt Units action does not work.
