What Trigger Actions happen to one side only?

I have just found out that some trigger actions only apply to the side that the trigger belongs to.

In a single player mission, I had End Mission and Set Formal Objective actions under side 2 and side 4. These were supposed for side 1. In version 1.2 it appears that these are specific to the player of that side.

Which of the action commands only affect one side now?
End Mission
Set Formal Objective Info
Set Formal Objective Status
Set Formal Objective Text
Set Objective

Do these affect only the player side selected for the trigger?
Center View
Create Random Unit Group
Defog Area
Modify Countdown Timer
Show Alert
Start Countdown Timer

Are these commands only for single player missions?
Cut Scene
Ecom
Jump to Mission
Set Next Mission
Show Formal Objectives

I don't believe that v1.2 made any changes to what you suggest. I can say the following has been true since the first betas, for the most part:

End Mission - Side Specific
Set Formal Objective Info - Side Specific
Set Formal Objective Status - Side Specific
Set Formal Objective Text - Side Specific
Set Objective - Shown to Sides chosen
Center View- Side Specific
Create Random Unit Group - affects all players (I mean, it creates it on the map, so of course...)
Defog Area - Affects the map, so all players see it.
Modify Countdown Timer - All Players
Show Alert - All Players
Start Countdown Timer - All Players

Cut Scene -Solo Only
Ecom - Solo Only
Jump to Mission - Haven't tried
Set Next Mission - Haven't tried
Show Formal Objectives - Works for both (tho' not recommended in MP games)

Create Random would be more fun and flexible if a side could chosen.
Defog is rahter limited if it affects all sides.

Show Alert is for all players? So do all players get the 'Base under attack', 'Bullpup cannot find Galaxite' common errors? So is Set Objective the only way to push side specific text in multiplayer? Seems kind of limited.
