is there a way that you can make one piece of Galaxite that can be mined over and over again.

no iv tried this recently and it dosent work, you could make the map unlimited if you want, or some sort of income.

you can modify the initial credits for each side under the level menu/ side(1,2,3,4)
I find setting it to 48000000 makes the map seemingly unlimited.
another way to do this would be to use triggers.
for example one could make a trigger:
sides:
any
conditions:
current sides has at most 4800 credits,
actions:
modify current sides credits set 12345
preserve trigger

I'd say possibly, but not in the immediate future.
another method could be pads that give a steady stream of cash to those on them if they're bullpups

Heyyyyyyyy I used the pads one already lol, anyway the other way is you can add money every _____ seconds. Like each minute the sides get two thousand or something.

You can do this using the Every NN seconds condition. Just remember that when you use this condition to adjust for 2.0x time, and you have to use the Preserve Trigger action. Without Preserve Trigger, the trigger will act as if it had an Elapsed Time condition.
