It seems as though there are many different ways to accomplish a task, like using a trigger to create a unit group based on switches, or "area contains atleast 1 unit" etc..etc.. I think to some degree the quality of the FAQ/Doc will determine how popular M will be. Maybe you can put in some of the most common triggers and conditions.
1. For example... What is the most EFFICIENT way for a computer side to always attempt to maintain certain buildings? I want it to repair its buildings ONLY if there is a HQ, and always have a Galaxite processor, Vehicle Transport Station, etc., regardless if it is destroyed.
2. Will the corporate raiders "raid" by giving them the attack command? Can you specify which buildings they "raid"?
thanks for your help...! |

I have made areas and sent raiders to them in attack mode. They take them over exactly like they should. Using unit groups seems to be the most efficient way to create troops and vehicles. Making triggers is the best way to move them. |

I do not know what is the most efficient way way for the computer side to maintain buildings, but I have placed buildings in areas and then set conditions to check on the existence of a building in that area (check that area x contains AtLeast 1 VTS) and if it doesn't, then "create unit at area". I think it is fair to let the computer build units rather than spawn them.
The repair bit could be solved by setting the condition that every NN seconds AND switch "HQ exists" is on (the switch being turned off when Side X owns no HQ), set Side X repair to on.

Does anybody know how to use the Load/Save Triggers function on the Trigger popup? _________________ Why negotiate when you can just blow things up?
