| I would like to be able to group units together e.g. infantry and/ or tanks. Select each group with a hard key or by writing a letter in the grafitti area. |

You can't do it now, but alot of people have been requesting something like that, so it may be a feature in the next version.

Well, you can sort of do that... double-tapping on a particular unit will select all of the same type of unit on the screen.
Example, double-tapping on a rocket soldier will select all the rocket soldiers, but not the regular infantry on your screen.
