Exept the takeover mission wich is won by building towers...

1. Build base (generator, mining, tank factory)

DUNE comes to mind, is kinda like 1:1 copy of it.

KKND (KrushKill'nDestroy) was the following in this line, ability to repair units and guard, snipers and that units learn (veteran) comes to mind.

What i have observed best is to use units about 10-15 and us the terrain for your advantage.
Like canyons or crossings where the enemy units come single into fire range.

Best mix is about 6 anti t ...

12-13 towers is enough.
Make 2 halfcircles at each entrance, take the line of the advancing troops into consideration so they are covered by more than one tower always, mix gatling and rocket towrs. ...
